The revitalizing and therapeutic treatments are customized, after each individual's particular needs are assessed, using specific oils, herbs and aromas chosen to provide optimal balance and nourishment for the mind/body connection. Abhyanga involves a friction massage performed by two therapists simultaneously using warm herbal oil. It is said to enhance immunity, increase circulation and create deep relaxation. Vishesh is, essentially, a deep-tissue version of Abhyanga, and Shirodhara involves the pouring of warm oil over the forehead, calming the nervous system and integrating the mind and body. The Odyssey is a smorgasbord of the other three treatments. It takes two hours; all the other new treatments last 25 minutes.
