Musha Cay opened Feb. 18, 2001 in the Exuma islands of the Bahamas with more than $50 million having been invested in the property, which spans 115 acres. Musha Cay has five villas, each with its own private beach. The 10.000-square-foot Highview home, for example, features two kitchens, two bedrooms, a living/dining room, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a fireplace, indoor and outdoor showers, a steam room and air conditioning. Other facilities include a massage room, tennis court, gym, waterfront dining room and a business center. A total of 20 guests can stay on Musha Cay. The island rental fee, per day, for 2006 for 1 to 8 guests is $24,750; for 9 to 16 guests, $24,750 plus $1,250 per person, per day, for each person over 8; for 17 to 24 guests, $24,750 plus $1,150 per person, per day, for each person over 8 including all meals, all beverages (both alcoholic and other, including fine wines and champagnes) and unlimited usage of all island amenities.
