The Ocean Spa & Aquarian Baths
The Ocean Spa, operated by BerSalon, offers 100 treatments at this 81-room, cottage colony in Sandy's Parrish. Use of the spa facilities (without booking a treatment) costs $10 daily, $15 for a 2-day pass, $25 for a 3-day pass, $30 for a 4-day pass and $46 for 7 days. The five 25-minute hydrotherapy treatments includes an aqua gym ($50) and vichy shower ($50). Other therapies include facials, massages, tanning, postnatal, manicures, hairstyling and makeup sessions, as well as exercise and personal training. The 'Ocean Spa Rendezvous' is a wonderful Ocean Spa escape offered year-round, available in all room categories.

New health & beauty packages
This 400-room resort in Southampton Parish is spread out on a cliff over 25 acres. Health and beauty treatments are available at the onsite European Health and Beauty Spa, which is operated by BerSalon Salons & Sps. Therapies are available as part of a package or can be purchased a la carte. The new 'Oriental Wisdom' program is priced at $125 for 80 minutes. It is a therapeutic and holistic treatment that combines Oriental and Western massage techniques with essential aromatherapy oils and Chinese herbs. The large selection of skin therapies includes nonsurgical face-lifts, acne treatment, salt glow skin polish and parafin body treatment. Sessions range from 25 to 85 minutes, and prices start at $65. Massages start at $50. In addition, manicures, pedicures, makeup consultations, hair styling, tanning sessions and fitness programs are available. Men's and women's private spas feature sauna, steam bath and whirlpool. The fee is $10 daily, and 3- to 7-day passes can be purchased.

Also operated by BerSalon, the minispa facility at Elbow Beach features such treatments as hydrotherapy, facials and skin care, massage, holistic tanning, revitalizing, body toning and reducing, postnatal, hands and feet, makeup, and hair styling and coloring. Some examples include the 25-minute Indian Head Massage ($45), a 50-minute pigmentation treatment ($65), and mitt hydrations for hands and feet ($20). There is a gym that is free to hotel guests.
