FAIRMONT SOUTHAMPTON PRINCESS Located on Bermuda's highest point of land with spectacular views from your private balcony. Includes a par-3 golf course, indoor and outdoor pools, eleven tennis courts, six restaurants and bars and a fitness center. The final phase of the 593-room property's $37 million renovation program has been completed. The Willow Stream spa, which debuted last spring, is one of five new spas to be introduced across the brand. The 28,000-square-foot facility caters to men and women alike. Treatments include the 90-minute Willow Stream Body Experience, featuring a mud wrap, healing waters bath, light massage, and aromatherapy. Last year's unveiling of Entre Gold for business and leisure travelers was a hit. The club floor has 88 remodeled guestrooms, a lounge serving complimentary breakfast and hors d'oeuvres, private check-in and concierge. The rooms have marble bathrooms with double sinks, an alarm clock-radio, coffee/tea maker, hair dryer, mini-bar, safe, iron/ironing board, dataport and two-line phones with voicemail. POINT CLUB The focal point of this new $250 million development is a 108-suite hotel that will be managed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. Scheduled to open in 2004, it will be the first luxury hotel to be built on the island in 30 years. The 200-acre property, being erected on the site of the former Castle Harbour Hotel, will feature a health club and spa, pool, tennis club and restaurant. The Tucker's Point Golf Course opened in early May. WHARF
EXECUTIVE SUITES HOTEL This new property opened this summer near the Newstead Hotel in Darrell's Wharf across the harbor from Hamilton. Catering to extended-stay and business travelers, the Wharf features 15 Single Suites and five One-Bedroom Double Suites.
